Incrediwear Bracing: Supporting Your Recovery Between Visits.
Orthobiologic treatment initiates a healing process, but recovery happens over days, weeks, and months, not just in the treatment room. At Palm Beach Regenerative, we stock a curated selection of Incrediwear braces and sleeves to support our patients between procedures and throughout their recovery. Incrediwear uses a patented semiconductor technology, not compression, to enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and support your body's natural healing process around the clock. Available in-office at Palm Beach Regenerative.
Ask Dr. Ghattas or the front desk about which product is right for your specific condition and treatment.
THE TECHNOLOGY
Why Incrediwear — and why it fits the PBRSS philosophy
Most braces work through compression, squeezing tissue to mechanically push fluid and restrict movement. Incrediwear works differently. Its fabric is embedded with semiconductor elements, germanium and carbon derived from bamboo charcoal, that are activated by your body’s own heat. Once activated, these elements release negative ions that trigger cellular vibrations, increasing blood flow and lymphatic drainage without any compressive force. The result is enhanced circulation to the target area, continuous 24 hours a day, whether you are active or at rest.
This mechanism aligns directly with the PBRSS treatment philosophy. We use orthobiologic injections to initiate biological activity at the treated site, and Incrediwear supports that process between visits by optimizing the local circulatory environment, delivering more oxygen and nutrients to the recovering tissue and improving removal of inflammatory byproducts. It is not a replacement for treatment; it is a recovery support tool that extends the therapeutic environment beyond the procedure room.
INCREDIWEAR VS. STANDARD COMPRESSION
A fundamentally different approach to recovery wear
Mechanism
Standard compression braces:
Mechanical pressure restricts and redirects blood flow
Incrediwear semiconductor braces:
Semiconductor elements increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage actively
Compression required?
Standard compression braces:
Yes — effectiveness depends on
compression level
Incrediwear semiconductor braces:
No — only skin contact with fabric is required
Wearability
Standard compression braces:
Can become uncomfortable; may restrict
movement
Incrediwear semiconductor braces:
Comfortable for 24/7 wear; does not restrict natural movement
Effect at rest
Standard compression braces:
Limited — compression less effective during inactivity
Incrediwear semiconductor braces:
Effective at rest — body heat maintains
semiconductor activation continuously
Inflammation
Standard compression braces:
Reduces swelling mechanically by restricting fluid
Incrediwear semiconductor braces:
Reduces inflammation by improving lymphatic drainage and circulation
Post-procedure use
Standard compression braces:
May interfere with injection sites; pressure
contraindicated acutely
Incrediwear semiconductor braces:
Gentle enough to wear following orthobiologic procedures; no compressive force
| Standard compression braces | Incrediwear semiconductor braces | |
|---|---|---|
| Mechanism | Mechanical pressure restricts and redirects blood flow | Semiconductor elements increase blood flow and lymphatic drainage actively |
| Compression required? | Yes — effectiveness depends on compression level | No — only skin contact with fabric is required |
| Wearability | Can become uncomfortable; may restrict movement | Comfortable for 24/7 wear; does not restrict natural movement |

| Inflammation | Reduces swelling mechanically by restricting fluid | Reduces inflammation by improving lymphatic drainage and circulation |
| Post-procedure use | May interfere with injection sites; pressure contraindicated acutely | Gentle enough to wear following orthobiologic procedures; no compressive force |
PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IN-OFFICE
Incrediwear braces and sleeves we carry at PBRSS
Dr. Ghattas recommends specific Incrediwear products based on the treated area, the type of procedure performed, and the patient’s recovery goals. The following products are available for immediate purchase at the practice, with no shipping wait and no online guesswork. Ask at the front desk or at your follow-up appointment.
1) Knee Sleeve
The most recommended post-procedure product for knee orthobiologic patients. Worn during and after activity, the knee sleeve supports circulation to the treated joint without compressing the injection site. It is comfortable enough for all-day and overnight wear during the recovery period.
Common use: Knee OA, PRP/BMC post-procedure, meniscus, ACL, patellar tendinopathy.
2) Shoulder Brace
Designed for shoulder conditions requiring circulation support without restrictive compression. It is particularly appropriate following rotator cuff PRP, shoulder arthritis treatment, or labrum procedures where movement restriction is not indicated but circulation enhancement supports the healing environment.
Common use: Rotator cuff PRP, shoulder arthritis, labrum, AC joint, post-procedure recovery.
3)Back Brace
Supports lumbar and thoracic circulation for patients recovering from spine orthobiologic procedures. Unlike rigid lumbar supports, the Incrediwear back brace maintains freedom of movement while the semiconductor technology works continuously to support the treated spinal level.
Common use: Lumbar FSU treatment, facet PRP, ligament prolotherapy, disc procedures, SI joint.
4) Ankle Sleeve
Indicated following ankle and foot orthobiologic procedures, including plantar fascia PRP, ankle ligament prolotherapy, Achilles treatment, and toe joint injections. The fit is based on shoe size to ensure proper support without excessive pressure over injection sites.
Common use: ankle ligament PRP, plantar fasciitis, Achilles, toe OA, post-procedure.
5) Hip Brace
Left and right hip-specific design for patients recovering from hip joint, labrum, or SI joint orthobiologic procedures. Worn during activity and recovery, it supports circulation to the treated hip without restricting the natural gait cycle.
Common use: Hip arthritis · Labrum PRP · SI joint · Hip tendon · Post-procedure recovery
6) Elbow Sleeve
Ideal for tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, and UCL patients following PRP or prolotherapy. The semiconductor fabric supports continuous circulation to the treated tendon and ligament attachments, which is particularly valuable for golfers and tennis players returning to activity during the recovery phase.
Common use:
tennis elbow PRP, golfer’s elbow, UCL prolotherapy, olecranon bursitis.
7)Wrist Sleeve
Thin-profile wrist support for patients following wrist and hand orthobiologic procedures, including TFCC PRP, carpal tunnel perineural injection, thumb arthritis, and Kienbock's disease post-IO BMC. It is non-bulky enough to wear during daily activities.
Common use:
TFCC PRP, carpal tunnel, thumb arthritis, Kienbock's post-IO BMC, wrist instability.
8) Circulation Socks & Calf Sleeves
Recommended for patients with lower extremity pathology, post-procedure swelling management, and those with circulation concerns, including diabetic patients and patients with lymphedema. Available in circulation socks, calf sleeves, and knee-high therapeutic options.
Common use: Post-procedure swelling, plantar fasciitis, Achilles, diabetic patients, lymphedema.
9) Fingerless Circulation Gloves
For hand and wrist conditions, particularly appropriate for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, thumb osteoarthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and those recovering from hand orthobiologic procedures. The fingerless design allows full dexterity for daily activities.
Common use: thumb OA, RA, carpal tunnel, trigger finger post-PRP, hand circulation.
OUR RECOMMENDATION PROCESS
How Dr. Ghattas selects the right product for each patient
1) Post-procedure
Following your orthobiologic procedure, Dr. Ghattas or the clinical team will recommend the appropriate Incrediwear product for the treated area. The recommendation is based on the joint treated, the type of procedure performed, and how soon you intend to return to activity.
2) Sizing guidance
Incrediwear products are sized by body measurement, not standard S/M/L/XL. The front desk will assist with accurate sizing at the time of purchase to ensure proper fit. An improperly sized sleeve does not perform as intended.
3)Wear protocol
Dr. Ghattas will advise when to begin wearing the brace, how many hours per day, and when it is safe to wear during activity versus rest only. This varies by procedure and the immediate post-procedure recovery protocol.
4) Recovery integration
Incrediwear is one component of the recovery plan, alongside any prescribed rehabilitation protocol, activity modification, and follow-up appointments. It is not a substitute for these steps, but a complementary support tool that works continuously between your other recovery activities.
